Explore the application of ESG principles, Indigenous reciprocity, legal structures, non-extractive finance options, and access and benefit sharing. This comprehensive conversation will address legal and policy, financial and business, and cultural aspects, including reflections on how to advance diversity and inclusion in the psychedelic eco-system. This community forum promises important insights for building a responsible and equitable future. Speakers include Sean T. McAllister, an attorney specializing in regulatory and corporate law, member of Chacruna’s board of Directors; Julia Mande, co-founder of Common Field, an organization supporting collective healing through bridge-building; Marc Ross, founder and former executive director of Rock the Earth, a national environmental advocacy organization that collaborates with the music industry; and Jason Wiener, principal of the boutique law and business consulting practice and co-founder of Colorado Cooperative Developers.
