Joe Moore is the co-founder and CEO of Psychedelics Today, a leading media and education platform exploring the science and culture of psychedelics. Since 2016, he’s hosted hundreds of interviews with researchers, clinicians, and visionaries shaping the psychedelic renaissance. Joe also co-created Vital, a year-long training for practitioners, and teaches at the intersection of breathwork, philosophy, and integration. He lives in Colorado, where he leads Transpersonal Breathwork workshops and continues building psychedelic education worldwide.
Juliana Mercer is a nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience serving the veteran population. As a Marine Corps veteran who deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, she understands the challenges and needs of veterans who suffer from complex, chronic PTSD. She is also a survivor of personal and military trauma who found healing and transformation through psilocybin-assisted therapy, an FDA-designated breakthrough therapy. Currently, she is the Director of Veteran Advocacy & Public Policy at Healing Breakthrough, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the research, training, and deployment of system-wide adoption of MDMA-AT in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She also serves on the board of several veteran service organizations and founded her own public benefit corporation, Sabe Journeys, which aims to create meaningful change in the world through individual healing and wellness. Juliana is passionate about expanding veteran access to these therapies and empowering them to thrive in civilian life.


Shane Pennington is a partner in the Litigation Department of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP’s Washington, DC office and serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Administrative and Regulatory Law Practice Group. He counsels clients on federal regulatory issues involving a number of industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, aviation and agriculture. A former law clerk to federal judges on the D.C. Circuit, the Fifth Circuit and the D.C. District Court, Shane brings unique insight and strategic thinking to assist clients facing complex regulatory issues.
