Mason Marks, MD, JD is a law professor at the University of New Hampshire. He leads the Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation (POPLAR) at the Petrie-Flom Center at Harvard Law School. He is a member of Chacruna’s Council for the Protection of Sacred Plants.
