Armando Loizaga is president of the Nierika Institute in Mexico. His work focuses on advancing multidisciplinary clinical research protocols to evaluate therapeutic potential of psychedelic plants used in ritual contexts, preservation of indigenous psychedelic culture and drug policy reform.
