Thiago Rodrigues is a Profesor at the Institute for the Strategic Studies (INEST) of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has published several articles, book chapters and books on drug-trafficking and security focusing on Latin America. He is one of the founders of NEIP and member of Chacruna’s Advisory Board.
