Henrique Fernandes Antunes has a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil). He is Chacruna’s Research Coordinator and Researcher at the International Postdoctoral Program of the Brazilian Center of Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP).
