Petitions, Resolutions, and Regulations for Decriminalization of Entheogens and Psychoactive Substances in the US

This is a library of legal texts including petitions, resolutions, and proposed legislation for the decriminalization and legalization of psychedelic plants. In this library you will find: the Denver Petition for Decriminalization of Psilocybin Mushrooms, passed by the city of Denver on May 8, 2019; the Oakland Resolution for Decriminalization of Entheogenic Plants and Fungi, including mushrooms containing psilocybin, ayahuasca containing DMT, Iboga containing ibogaine, and San Pedro and peyote containing mescaline, passed by the City of Oakland on June 4, 2019; the Santa Cruz Resolution for Decriminalization of Entheogenic Plants and Fungi, passed by the City of Santa Cruz on January 28, 2020; proposed language of the California statewide psilocybin decriminalization bill; and proposed language of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act of 2020 and the Oregon Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act. Additional texts will be added to the library as the Decriminalize Nature movement continues to spreads across North America.
